ENROLLMENT
A signed contract,
and a non-refundable deposit which includes a $50 enrollment fee and
one full-week’s tuition to be applied towards the first full week of
care, is required to hold your spot for a period of 2 weeks. The
remainder of the enrollment forms must be completed and returned on
or before the first day of enrollment. Positions will not be
held and will be considered “OPEN”
unless a contract is signed and appropriate enrollment fees are paid.
All forms are subject to annual renewal and must be kept up-to-date.
An opening may be held for a longer period of time with advance
payment and length of time agreed upon between the parent and the
provider.
TUITION
Payment is due
weekly on the Friday prior to the week of care. Charges to the
parent are subject to change with a two-week notice given to the
parent. Weekly payment is due whether your child is in attendance or
not; the only exception is provider vacation. There will be a
$25.00 returned check fee for any check that is returned. A
two-week deposit is required in the spring, from those who do not
attend during the summer, to hold your spot for fall. I issue annual
tax receipts for each family who I have provided care to for the
year. In the case of divorced parents, I only accept payment from
the custodial parent and I issue a receipt to the custodial parent
for the total amount paid for the year. If there are any other
payment arrangements offered by the divorce decree, the arrangements
must be handled between the parents. Tuition for school-age children
is paid every week throughout the school year, no discounts given
for non-school days.
TRIAL PERIOD
All children
enter my home on a trial basis of three weeks to ensure proper
adjustment. During the three-week period, either party may cancel
with a one-day notice. After the trial period, the terminating party
must give a two-week notice however, a longer notice is accepted and
encouraged.
